We will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within 1-3 working days of your account order within the Republic of Ireland, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas and during Sales.
Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged.
However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we are out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund. If your order is obviously incomplete, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our shipping charge is €9 for the Republic of Ireland.
If you need to return your item, please follow the steps below to do this:
In your delivery you will have received a Return Form. Please complete this form and include with any returned items.
The item must be in re-saleable condition and returned to the store within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
All return items must be unworn, unwashed, unused with tags in place, and with a Return Form or receipt.
We cannot guarantee return of item so we do strongly encourage you to please send it via tracked post. Should any uninsured items be damaged during the returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. In the event that the item is not faulty - outward shipping costs are not refundable.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights
We will refund your payment within 3-5 days of receiving your item. The refund can only be made to the same method on which you originally paid. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, hence we advise you to allow up to 7 days from goods being received to seeing the refund on your account. If this has not occurred within this period please contact us immediately.

Occasionally due to stock issues we may have to cancel items within your order because we are unable to fulfil them. In this case we will not have charged your card at this point, so the order will be voided and the original card authorisation reversed. This should not result in any charge to your card. Please note that some banks display authorisation requests on cards on their online banking, but this is not a debit from your account.
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). Please be aware that we start processing your order for dispatch as soon as it has been placed, and we cannot cancel, change or amend any orders once they are being processed. To cancel an order please either refuse delivery or return via one of our return options. Our Returns Policy above provides full details on returning your items to Juna.
Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
Personalised items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
